Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that custom orders and seasonal clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare Your Package

    Securely pack the items in their original condition and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA form inside the box.

  • 3.
    Ship the Items

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
